The Net induction bottom by Berndes uses a special steel mesh that produces a flatness able ​to make the most of the magnetic field. This translates into an instrument that combines great handiness with high energy efficiency: it heats up faster and cooks in less time (thus consuming less energy).

The induction bottom is then covered with an high temperature lacquer varnish in order to protect the bottom from scratches, rust and oxidation from dishwasher. The special bottom protects as well induction hobs from scratches.​
