Returning your product if it is unwanted
If you are not 100% happy with a product, you can return it back to us for a refund within the first 14 days. The item needs to be returned unused and in its original condition.
Please be aware that we will only process your refund once the item has been returned and checked by one of our specialists; this can take up to 14 days.

Making an exchange
To exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@re-generation.com with details of the replacement product.
Proof of purchase will need to be provided for all product returns. If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Returning your product because it has a fault
For the first two years from the date of purchase, our products will be fully guaranteed against any manufacturing faults or defects which become apparent during this period in normal use. The two-year guarantee only applies to our products and its accessories bought from authorised sellers and is only applied to the original purchase. tcc reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
If your product is defective and is eligible for this limited warranty, we will replace your product, please contact our Customer Services team at customerservice@re-generation.com.
